Job Description :
- Solutions & wallet companies.
- Responsible for multiple Territories or Districts and team management
- Establish and manage a network of distributors and retailers in the given territories.
- Create/expand and lead a team of Channel Partners.
- Should possess Product! solution selling experience to Retail customers to acquire new merchants.
- Good knowledge of the retall industry and team handling.
- Has a flair for numbers and can deliver the assigned business targets of individual and team
- Customer-centric approach with prior experience interfacing with customers and should be an excellent negotiator.
- Ability to work independently and team handling.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills. adaptable to changes, takes initiative and have creative selling approaches.
- Should possess strong analytical, presentation, networking, relationship building skills
- Forecast potential sales and revenue targets effectively from new and existing markets and maximize sales.
- Help management for hiring new sales talent
